OPI Grease Collection 2018 is a collection of remarkable shades. You’ll find 12 Lacquer nail Polishes, 12 gel Nail Polishes and OPI’s added 3 textured shades that would leave you swooning.

Here’s the nail polishes belonging to OPI Grease collection 2018.

 

 

1^st Color: Hopelessly Devoted to OPI

We’re devoted; Not just this collection, but their other collections too. This is an incredible pink peachish shade. This nail polish can easily be pulled off with two coats. However, if you’re looking for more depth, a third coat could do the trick or you.  

 

 

2^nd Color: Pink Ladies Rule the School

This color is a light pink that comes across as a little dusty. And also, a bit of a pink-peachy color. This nail polish needs about two coats to cover the nail. This proves that that OPI does significantly well with colors such as pink and red. OPI describes this shade as “leader-of-the-pack” and provides longer wearability.

 

 

3^rd Color: You're the Shade That I Want

This berry pink (or magenta) color is a color unmatched in this collection. It covers your nail in just one coat, but two coats will work wonders. It fits in nicely with the other colors available in the OPI Grease Collection 2018.

 

 

4^th Color: Tell Me About It Stud

This is their “Hero shade” in their collection and is a red. This color covers your nail perfectly in two coats.

OPI often presents their “hero shade” as a red. More proof that they are experts at red pigmented nail polishes.

 

 

5^th Color: Summer Lovin' Having a Blast!

Summer Lovin’ Having a Blast! Lives up to the fun song that we all know (and adore!). The nail polish is an orange and has a warm undertone that reminds us of the same color as a pumpkin. As with their reds and pinks, this orange does well with only two coats.

 

 

6^th Color: Meet a Boy Cute As Can Be

This color is a light yellow or also referred to as “buttercup yellow”. You need to apply about three coats to your nails so that you obtain a streak-free coverage.

 

7^th Color: Teal Me More, Teal Me More

This teal color gets awesome coverage in just one coat. But we recommend two coats for an even better look. This color dries to a darkish green and is similar to OPI’s Is that a spear in my pocket. This fun color (and song) earns its place in the OPI Grease Collection 2018.

 

 

8^th Color: Was It All Just a Dream?

This light color reminds us of milkshake and ice cream, off-course. This nail polish is a light blue (turquoise-ish) color that is soft and the liquid provides coverage on your nails in two coats.

 

 

9^th Color: Chills Are Multiplying!

This color has a high shimmer and an icy blue color to it. The minute nuggets of glitter add some character to it. You’ll have to apply about three coats for the best coverage.

 

 

10^th Color: Frenchie Likes To Kiss?

This color is a light pink with a lavender shade that provide great coverage too. The light color has a stunning shimmer happening. The shine that comes off this shade has a purple-ish tone with a slight hint to it. Because the color is light, apply approximately three coats to the nails for the best coverage.  

 

 

11^th Color: Danny & Sandy 4 Ever!

This nail polish has a sparkly charcoal shimmer to it. But has a bit of a blue hint with added tiny pieces of glitter. This nail polish would do fine with about two coats, and if you prefer three coats would do well too.

 

 

12^th Color: Don't Cry Over Spilled Milkshakes

This off-white shade is strikingly similar to milk. It reminds us of vanilla milkshake and on its own appears to be white, but when you hold it close to other white colors; it appears with a yellowish green undertone. Applying three coats with this color is best to achieve a streak-free coverage on your nail.

In the OPI grease Collection for 2018, an additional three colors are added known as Grease Leather-Like Nail Lacquer.  

 

 

Rydell Forever

The Rydell Forever is a white textured nail lacquer. It is a completely white color as opposed to the Don’t cry over spilled milkshakes, in this collection. Two coats cover your nail well and it finishes in a matte variation.

 

 

Electryfyin’ Pink

This textured nail polish is a stunning baby pink and covers your nail in two coats. The nail polish is perfectly balanced between the textured component and the lacquer.

 

 

Grease is the Word

This textured black nail lacquer also has a perfect combination of the textured component and lacquer. As with the Electryfying’ Pink; two coats are enough, and it finishes to a matte consistency.

The OPI Grease 2018 collection surprised us with the additional three colors. The textured component certainly resembles a leather-like feel, which reminds us of suede. The other 12 colors in the collection certainly didn’t disappoint either. We find that OPI’s quality is of a high standard, and they put a lot of effort into the creation of the names of the polishes. The fun names always provide a lot of information regarding the contents.
